Twenty years inside the operational engine room of luxury beauty — now bringing that structure to any fast-moving creative team.

I bring structure to fast-moving creative teams. For twenty years, I’ve owned the space between a great idea and a finished product — leading work from intake through launch, untangling workflows, aligning stakeholders who don’t naturally move at the same pace, and making sure projects land on time and on budget.

That skillset was built and proven in prestige beauty packaging, at Fresh (LVMH), Estée Lauder Companies, LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics, and Avon — some of the most deadline-driven, multi-stakeholder, detail-intensive creative environments there are. I’ve managed the handoffs between design, regulatory, production, and marketing where a single missed spec or misaligned timeline can derail a global launch.

The principles transfer well beyond packaging: intake processes that don’t leak details, status systems that keep teams honest, and the judgment to know when to push a deadline and when to push back on scope. I’m looking for the next fast-moving creative team that needs that kind of structure.

Services

How I Can Help

Project-based support for brands and teams that need experienced creative operations leadership — full engagement or fractional.

01
Project-Based PM

I serve as the primary liaison between Creative, Marketing, and cross-functional teams — translating business objectives into clear briefs and actionable project plans. I coordinate across packaging, branding, concept development, and visual assets, managing timelines, approvals, and deliverables to keep every stakeholder moving in the same direction. The result: every project launches on time, on brand, and without the chaos.

02
Fractional Creative Ops

Ongoing artwork management, vendor relationships, DAM and workflow setup — so all designs go through thorough review and approvals from every cross-functional team. I’ll be your reliable operational support, continuously improving workflow and processes so nothing falls through the cracks as the brand scales.

03
Systems Set-Up

For brands building in-house capability: I build out your Workfront or Monday.com workflows, templates, dieline library, and approval process, then hand off production-ready files to your in-house package development team or external vendor.

04
Packaging Audit

A diagnostic review of your dielines, vendor specs, BOMs, and compliance gaps — developed in partnership with your internal Packaging Engineer. You’ll walk away with a clear, prioritized roadmap to close them.

Fresh
Scaling a Design Team Through Peak Launch Season

At Fresh, I directed workload planning across a team of 7 designers during the highest-pressure launch periods, managing department budgets and design timelines while protecting the integrity of the creative vision. A big part of that came down to translation: taking a brief, quickly understanding what was actually needed, asking the right questions up front, and turning that into a clear, actionable plan. That clarity kept teams aligned, moving faster, and avoiding the costly rework that comes from misread briefs — even when external vendor support had to be brought in to cover capacity gaps.

Fresh
Building the Infrastructure Behind the Workflow

At Fresh, I went beyond day-to-day status meetings and approvals to build the process infrastructure that changed how the team operated long-term. A key part of that was developing RACI charts so every team member — across design, marketing, regulatory, and production — had a clear understanding of their role and responsibilities within each project. When people know exactly where they fit, collaboration replaces guesswork, silos break down, and work moves through review and approval faster and with fewer surprises.

Estée Lauder
Packaging Artwork Management: Estée Lauder & Le Labo

Managed end-to-end packaging artwork across two distinct prestige brands — from 2D design direction and artwork mechanicals through final production readiness. That meant ensuring accurate dimensioning, typography, color evaluations, and technical specs at every stage, while partnering with Global Marketing, Package Development, R&D, and Legal to confirm that copy, regulatory information, and translations were accurately reflected on primary and secondary packaging. The work required equal parts technical precision and cross-functional coordination — keeping creative intent intact while making sure every file that went to production was compliant, accurate, and on time.

Estée Lauder
Global Launch Readiness: AERIN

Partnered with the Director of Packaging on BOM and spec management, transit testing, and assembly instructions for AERIN’s global product launches — the unglamorous detail work that determines whether a beautiful concept actually survives shipping, customs, and shelf placement intact.

Avon
A Long-Standing Discipline: Strategic Vendor Consolidation

Operational rigor has paid off throughout my career. Early on at Avon, I led a vendor consolidation initiative within a $10M packaging procurement portfolio, using spending analysis and strategic sourcing to generate $400K in savings. It’s the same instinct I still bring to every team I join: look for where structure is missing, and fix it.
